Yes. If a Certificant of Occupancy (CO) is required and the final grading inspection cannot be completed due to incomplete site work or snow cover, a Temporary Certificate of Occupancy can be issued. Prior to issuance of the temporary CO and estimate for the value of the site work remaining to be completed and a financial surety equal to 125% of the estimate must be provided to the engineering department.
