Notice is hereby given pursuant to Wyoming Statute §16-3-103 that Teton County, Wyoming, a duly organized county of the State of Wyoming, intends to consider amendments to the existing 2015 International Residential Code, and 2015 International Mechanical Code that shall apply throughout Teton County, Wyoming. The proposed code amendments shall apply to all unincorporated areas of Teton County, Wyoming. Teton County has the authority to adopt building codes pursuant to Wyoming Statutes §18-5-201 and 35-9-121. All interested parties may review a copy of the proposed amendments at the office of the Teton County Clerk at 200 S. Willow St., Jackson, Wyoming. A copy of the proposed building code amendments may also be viewed at the Teton County Library at 125 Virginian Lane, Jackson, Wyoming. A hearing to take testimony on the proposed building code amendments shall be held on June 5, 2018 at 9:00 a.m. during the regular meeting of the Teton County Board of County Commissioners in the Commissioner’s Chambers located at 200 S. Willow, Jackson, Wyoming.
