Starting January 2023, Teton County went live with our new integrated software system, SmartGov! What this means is that in order to submit applications to the Planning and Building Office, you will be required to set up a Portal Account through the link below and submit your applications digitally through the online portal.

**Building Permits will be available to submit but still will require a scheduled Take-in Appointment. See the Building Division webpage for more information **
Once you have successfully submitted your permit application through the portal, the Planning and Building Team will review for sufficiency and reach out to you with any outstanding requirements. Planning permit fees can also be paid for through the application portal immediately upon submittal. Contact the Building Permit Technician for details on paying for building permit fees.
