CERT is a program where fellow citizens who have taken the time to go through a 24 hour course that teaches both disaster concepts and hands-on response skills. Topics covered include:
Learn more about the CERT program nationally. You can also review the CERT class material online, as an independent study course. Be advised, completing the online course does not certify you to be a member. You must go through the classroom instruction in order to be on a team, but the online course will give you a great foundation on which to learn.
