This partnership with Roller Development and Studio Tack will result in 12 ownership units - 2 one-bedroom homes and 10 two-bedroom homes - for households working in Teton County. The Town of Jackson is providing the land for this development, which was purchased for $1,703,416.03 in January 2019. The Town's investment is being leveraged by approximately $5,500,000 in private capital.
Prior to demolishing the existing structure on the site, the development partners allowed Jackson Hole Fire & EMS to utilize the old house for training purposes.
