The Town of Jackson partnered with a private developer to build this development with a mix of market, Affordable, and Employment-based homes. There are 14 market townhomes, two Affordable townhomes, and 20 Employment-based homes.

Aspen Stand is a 10-unit townhome development on the south side of Hall Avenue. Unit 206 4 is managed by Teton County Housing Authority (TCHA).

Jackson Hole Golf & Tennis
The Jackson Hole Golf and Tennis Condominiums is an affordable housing subdivision created by Vail Resorts to meet their affordable housing obligation for the market component of their Jackson Hole Golf and Tennis development.

Margaret Jaster
This is a 7-lot subdivision of single family homes. The developer was required to build a 2-bedroom home, but obtained approval to pool his requirement from another development (Dos Diablos) and built a 3-bedroom home instead. It is an Affordable Category 3.

Melody Ranch
The Melody Ranch Master Plan located five miles south of the Town of Jackson was approved prior to the adoption of the 1995 land development regulations. A large amount of affordable and attainable housing was included in this development as well as 70% open space in return for increased density.

Mountain View Meadows is a housing community located in the heart of Jackson and has the distinction of being the first deed restricted affordable housing neighborhood in Teton County. It is divided into three properties: Rangeview, Blair and Whitehouse.

Pearl at Jackson is a Mixed Use development located on the corner of Pearl Avenue and Jackson Street. The ground floor is commercial space along with three restricted units consisting of a 1-bedroom Employment-based unit, a 1-bedroom Affordable Category 1 unit, and a Studio Category 2 unit.

Pine Box is a seven unit live/work townhome development. The upstairs is used as residential space and the downstairs is commercial. The commercial element must use 25% minimum of the space and 520 square foot maximum.

The Pine Glades Development is a residential development of townhomes on Snow King Mountain accessed by Cache Drive. It has an interesting access because the developer built a tunnel to get up to the development to minimize impact.

The existing phases of Webster Laplant PUD (now named Aspen Meadows) consist of rental apartments and one building of condominium units that provide a significant amount of workforce housing.
