Local housing developments that contain deed restricted units

1. 199 East Pearl

   The 199 East Pearl development is a mixed use development of commercial and residential that originally had a requirement to build two one-bedroom Affordable units.

2. 5-2-5 Hall

   7 Affordable Ownership Units

3. 810 West

   The Town of Jackson partnered with a private developer to build this development with a mix of market, Affordable, and Employment-based homes. There are 14 market townhomes, two Affordable townhomes, and 20 Employment-based homes.

4. Aspen Stand

   Aspen Stand is a 10-unit townhome development on the south side of Hall Avenue. Unit 206 4 is managed by Teton County Housing Authority (TCHA).

5. Cache Creek Drive

   Cache Creek Drive is a 15 unit PUD with one Affordable home.

6. Cottonwood Flats

   Cottonwood Flats is a 65 townhome unit development configured in duplex, triplex, and four-plex buildings.

7. Eagle Village

   The Eagle Village development is a mixed-use development in the Smith’s Plaza. Eight units were required to be built by the developer.

8. Ellingwood

   Ellingwood is a development in Cottonwood Park consisting of 36 Affordable condominiums with a mix of 1, 2, and 3-bedrooms. It was the housing requirement for the 3 Creek Ranch development in South Park.

9. The Grove

   20 Affordable Rental Units, 12 Affordable Ownership Units, & 12 Workforce Ownership Units

10. Hog Island

    The 18 lot Hog Island Subdivision is a mix of market, affordable and attainable lots. It is located south of town and was platted on November 16, 1999 as Plat No. 965.

12. Jackson Hole Golf & Tennis

    The Jackson Hole Golf and Tennis Condominiums is an affordable housing subdivision created by Vail Resorts to meet their affordable housing obligation for the market component of their Jackson Hole Golf and Tennis development.

13. Margaret Jaster

    This is a 7-lot subdivision of single family homes. The developer was required to build a 2-bedroom home, but obtained approval to pool his requirement from another development (Dos Diablos) and built a 3-bedroom home instead. It is an Affordable Category 3.

14. Melody Ranch

    The Melody Ranch Master Plan located five miles south of the Town of Jackson was approved prior to the adoption of the 1995 land development regulations. A large amount of affordable and attainable housing was included in this development as well as 70% open space in return for increased density.

15. Millward Redevelopment

    The Millward Re-development is a 49 unit affordable housing neighborhood located on 8.3 acres on the Moose-Wilson Road next to Calico Restaurant.

16. Millward Street Condominiums

    Millward Street Condominiums is a residential development including a 2-bedroom Affordable Category 2 home.

17. MKGS Townhomes

    MKGS Townhomes Addition is a development with five market townhomes and one market condominium. It includes a 1-bedroom 784 SF Affordable Category I condominium.

18. Mountain Bear

    This development is a collaboration between a 10-unit subdivision near Red Top Meadows called Pine Glen and development in the town of Wilson called Granite Biopharma.

19. Mountain View Meadows

    Mountain View Meadows is a housing community located in the heart of Jackson and has the distinction of being the first deed restricted affordable housing neighborhood in Teton County. It is divided into three properties: Rangeview, Blair and Whitehouse.

20. Pearl at Jackson Condominiums

    Pearl at Jackson is a Mixed Use development located on the corner of Pearl Avenue and Jackson Street. The ground floor is commercial space along with three restricted units consisting of a 1-bedroom Employment-based unit, a 1-bedroom Affordable Category 1 unit, and a Studio Category 2 unit.

21. Pine Box Live Work

    Pine Box is a seven unit live/work townhome development. The upstairs is used as residential space and the downstairs is commercial. The commercial element must use 25% minimum of the space and 520 square foot maximum.

22. Pine Glades - Spruce Condominiums

    The Pine Glades Development is a residential development of townhomes on Snow King Mountain accessed by Cache Drive. It has an interesting access because the developer built a tunnel to get up to the development to minimize impact.

23. Pioneer Homestead

    Pioneer Homestead is a Wyoming non-profit corporation based in Jackson, Wyoming whose purpose is to provide safe, affordable, independent housing for seniors and disabled citizens.

26. Snow King Apartments

    The Snow King Apartments are part of the Karns Hillside Affordable Housing. The project is comprised of 24 affordable housing units in four detached buildings. There are 8, 1-Bedrooms, 8, 2-Bedrooms, and 8, 3-Bedrooms apartments in this property.

27. TVDC Condominiums

    The TVDC Development is a residential Planned Unit Development in the Town of Jackson. The three affordable units created were to meet the developers Affordable Housing obligation.

28. Webster Laplant - Aspen Meadows

    The existing phases of Webster Laplant PUD (now named Aspen Meadows) consist of rental apartments and one building of condominium units that provide a significant amount of workforce housing. Some of the units are deed restricted and used to satisfy employee housing requirements that have been imposed on developments at Teton Village and throughout the Town of Jackson.
